Ruth Anna Hart

Ruth Anna Bauer Hart, age 91, formerly of Toledo, passed away peacefully at Parkcliffe Community in Northwood, Ohio on April 1, 2017. Ruth was born in Pomeroy, Ohio April 14, 1925, to Edward and Amelia (Mees) Bauer. After attending Pomeroy High School, she met and married Donald R. Hart and raised a family of 4 children. She worked for St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo as a lab tech, then as a homemaker. Ruth is survived by her sons and their spouses, David (Judy) Hart of Cleveland OH. Donald (Janis) Hart of Upper Sandusky, OH, Paul (Nancy) Hart of Plano, TX; daughter, Amelia (Edward) Strohscher of Genoa, OH; 6 grandchildren, Jay Sheets, Christy Smith, Erin Stuck, Matthew Hart, Carli Kane, and Brian Hart;13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. Hart; her parents, and her brother, Clifford Bauer. Per Ruth's request, there will be no public memorial service.
