Richard D Graeter

Richard D. Graeter age 73, of Toledo, OH passed away January 4th, 2022 peaceful at his home surrounded by family. He attended Hughes H.S in Cincinnati, OH where he was born and raised driving trucks for Barqs and Hires Root Beer. He retired after 36 years from Roofers Local 134.

He had a love for helping others Richard and his wife Carolyn volunteered at Keyser Elementary for 10 years.

He was preceded in death by his mother Viola Glass Lewallen (George), father Robert Graeter (Salome), siblings: Pat Byrd (Jack), Bonnie Enderich (Delmer), Minda Pack (Bob), Fredrick (Butch) Graeter , son Ricky Graeter II and grandson Kaisen Mann.

Richard is survived by his wife Carolyn (Hamblin) Graeter of 55 years. 3 daughters: Melissa Fox , Sonja Lee (Brian) , Alicia Baldwin. 10 grandchildren: James Mann, Timothy Mann, Brooke Taylor, Samantha Burgess, (Rob) , Amanda Lee, Andrea Lee, Candace Lee, Brandon Graeter, Kaylee Graeter, Andrew Graeter.
Great Grandchildren: Hailey, Aubree, Nicole, Aria, Evalyn, Fiona, Jace, Hayden, Marilyn, Myles, Nolan, Jaiden, and many nieces and nephews.

Saturday, January 15th, from 10am to 12pm. Luncheon at 1pm.
