In later years, Naomi worked part-time as a pharmacy tech and cashier for Ryan Pharmacy in Toledo, as a part-time receptionist at Heatherdowns Chiropractic Center in Maumee, and part-time for The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home as a funeral attendant alongside her mother, Arlie. Naomi was an active member of the former Heatherdowns Church of the Brethren in Toledo and was very active in the Faith in Action Church of the Brethren in Delta, Ohio. She had a beautiful spirit and a true love for all people.
