Anna Hunter

Reverend Anna Marie Hunter 67, of Toledo, Ohio passed away after a brief illness in The Toledo Hospital Sunday August 4, 2024. Born in Toledo on September 5, 1956, to Richard and Jean (Dibling) Cummins Sr., Anna was a graduate of Maumee High School, The University of Toledo and Trinity Lutheran Seminary with a Masters of Divinity.

Anna was a pastor at a number of ELCA churches in Iowa and Ohio, retiring in 2012. Anna worked as an administrative assistant at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home for several years. Anna loved to crochet, knit, and draw.

Surviving is her husband Tom Hunter, son Joseph Hunter, and brother, Richard (Theresa) Cummins.

A Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday August 11, 2024, The Bersticker-Scott Funeral 3453 Heatherdowns at Byrne Rd.
