William R 'Bill' Blowers

William R. (Bill) Blowers William R. (Bill) Blowers, 57, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away in St. Luke's Hospital December 19, 2014, after a brief illness. Bill was born in Toledo, Ohio, on June 24, 1957, to Joseph and Carolyn (Ruch). Bill was a graduate of Woodward High School and worked for Kay Toledo Tag as a printer for 39 years. Bill also was a part time Piano Tuner-Technician. As an active member of the Erie Shores Boy Scout council, having served as leader of Troup 252 at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Parish, Bill presently served as a commissioner. He was an active member of Ashland Church and was a former member of Cass Road Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Teresa Blowers, children: Megan (Eric) Reinhart, Allison (Christopher) Arisco, Mark Blowers; parents, Joseph and Carolyn Blowers, sister, Annette (Duane) McGorty, grandchildren, Adrianna, David, Drew, and Aria. The family will receive friends at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home, 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Rd on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, 2-8 p.m. where services will be held on Wednesday, December 24, 2014, at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
