Virginia M. (Loveless) Bilby Virginia M. (loveless) Bilby, age 72 passed away unexpectedly April 24, 2010. Virginia was born in Toledo to Clarence and Jennie (Winnie) Loveless. She is the widow of Harold Bilby. Mrs. Bilby is survived by her sister Angeline Basilius, brothers Ervin and Howard (Laura) Loveless and her biological daughter Teresa Lucio and grandson Carlos Lucio. Friends may visit at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd. at Byrne Rd. Tuesday April 27, 2010 from 2 to 8 P.M. where services conducted by Pastor Martin Billmeier on Wednesday April 28, 2010 at 10 A.M followed with interment at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. The family wishes memorials be made to Hospice of N.W. Ohio.
