Scott 'Scotty' Betts

Scott "Scotty" Betts, 48 of Toledo, Ohio passed away early Sunday morning August 7, 2016. Scott was born on April 19, 2016 in Toledo Ohio to Earl and Marietta (Brown) Betts. An avid reader, Scottie enjoyed reading mysteries as well as many other things. He loved laughing and spending time with his close group of childhood friends, and could talk with anyone about any subject. His pride and joy was being able to complete his schooling to be a certified pharmacy tech. Scott was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his sister, Holly Piturro; brother, Earl Betts Jr; niece, Margaret and nephew, Marcello Piturro. The family will receive friends at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Road on Friday June 12th 2016 after 3:00 p.m. where a memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Inurnment will be private.
