San Cayetano "Carl" Martinez San Cayetano "Carl" Martinez, 70 of Toledo, Ohio passed away February 25, 2013 in CommuniCare at Waterford. Born in Dearborn, Michigan on August 7, 1942 to Eusebio and Concepcion (Cortinas) Martinez. Carl enjoyed various outdoor activities, Boxing, Mexican dancing and was a very good handyman. Carl was preceded in death by son, San C. Martinez Jr, parents, nieces Sandy Elizondo, April Martinez, Gloria Ann Ruiz, brother, Simon C. Martinez. Surviving are his daughters, Lupita Jude, Theresa Jude, Angel (Damian) Payne, Jara Jaso, 6 grandchildren, brothers, Tom (Penny), Henry, Joe (Patti) Juan (Carol) Martinez, sisters, Balbina (Tomas) Ruiz, Sabina (Sixto) Elizondo, Margaret (Esmundo) Ruiz, Lupe (Carlos) Jaso, Suzie Martinez, Maria (Cuca) Martinez. The family will receive friends at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Rd on Friday March 1, 2013 1-6 p.m. Private burial will be held in Springfield Missouri at a later date.
