Roxie Ann Ratliff Roxie Ann Ratliff, 72 of Toledo passed away suddenly May 9, 2015 in her residence. Roxie was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 14, 1942 to Charles and Alene Goon. Roxie was a graduate of the former Libbey High School. Her focus in life was solely on her family especially her grandchildren and helping her husband for many years in their automotive business. Roxie was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband, Boyd Tracy Ratliff, daughter, Charlene (William) O'Connell, son, Boyd Tracy Ratliff Jr, brother, Rex (Wahneta) Goon, grandchildren, Kara Ford, Kevin Ford, Kyle (Whitney) O'Connell. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. The family suggests memorials to the Charity of the Donor's choice.
