Mary Catherine Gwinn Mary Catherine Gwinn, age 91, of Perrysburg, Ohio passed away Saturday March 27, 2010 in Hospice of Perrysburg. Mary was born on February 22, 1919 in Batesville, Indiana to Jesse and Zeltie Mae (Smith) Simpson. Mary was a waitress for many years in the Toledo area working for Loma Linda's and Shawn's Tavern. Previously Mary worked for Procter and Gamble and Seagram's. Mary was preceded in death by her two husband's James Chester McKinney and Clinton Gwinn, daughter, Barbara J. Morris, and 1 brother and 2 Sisters. Surviving are her daughter, Mary Lou Carter, Grandchildren, Joseph E. (Lisa) Nowlin, Clifford A. Markland, Barbara R. Nixon, Thomas F. (Danielle) Nixon Jr., Kelly Morris, 12 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great-Great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Berstickler-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Rd Tuesday March 30, 2010 4-8 P.M. where services will be held Wednesday March 31, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be held at Maplegrove Cemetery in Cleves, Ohio 3:00 P.M. Wednesday afternoon March 31, 2010. The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
