Lisa Lynette Wood, 38 of Toledo, Ohio passed away Sunday September 11, 2011 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, after a lengthy illness. Lisa was born on October 26, 1972 in Toledo, Ohio to Lewis and Sandra Lee (Tucker) Wood. Lisa attended the Roy C. Start High School and worked at the Marco's pizza restaurant on Manhattan & Lagrange St. for several years. She was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan! Lisa was a Loving Mom and a Good Homemaker. Surviving is her son, Kevin Wood, Father & Stepmother, Lewis (Jean Williams) Wood, Mother, Sandra Lee Wood with Randy Mills. Sister, Sonya L. Morris, brothers, Raymond J. Wood, Lewis C. Wood II, Jason M.A. Wood, Phillip M. Blom Jr. and Michael C. Blom, Step-brother, Michael Zettner and Special Companion for the past 11 years, Jerry Morris. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and last, but not least, her dog Poncho. The family will receive friends at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Rd on Wednesday, September 14th 2-8 P.M. where services will be held on Thursday September 15, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. Pastor Larry Snow officiating. Interment will be held in Willow Cemetery, Oregon, Ohio. The family suggests memorials to go the American Cancer Society.
