Kelly Jo Kulczak Kelly Jo Kulczak, 50 of Toledo passed away suddenly on July 8, 2015 in her residence. Mrs. Kulczak was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 23, 1965 to Jack and Corlene (Bohnert) Taberner. Kelly loved her family, teaching her grandson's to do all kinds of fun things, doing paint-by-numbers, jigsaw puzzles, gardening, being at the beach, and her social hour. Missing her are her daughters, April and Sarah Kulczak; grandchildren, Christopher Graves and Michael Shuster; brother, Kevin (Lois) Taberner; sister, Kyle (Dale) Remusat, niece and God-daughter, Andrea Wright; niece Audrey Remusat; and nephew, Kevin (Lois) Taberner and great-nephews, Korry, Kris, and Kohl Taberner. Kelly was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Kirk Taberner who passed just one week earlier. A prayer that was especially meaningful to Kelly was the serenity prayer: God grant me the SERENITY to accept the things I cannot change, The COURAGE to change the things I can, And the WISDOM to know the difference. Kelly's family will receive friends at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Road on Friday July 17, 2015 6-8 p.m. A private burial will take place at a later date.
