James G. (Grant) Cook

James G. (Grant) Cook 74, of Toledo, Ohio passed away December 2, 2021. Grant was born on September 13, 1947, in Arnett, West Virginia to Grant Eula and Mary Maxine (Lucas) Cook. Grant served in the U.S. Army. He was a retired Engineer from Toledo and was a very talented artist with a unique interest in sewing. Grant was a very kind and compassionate person who will be missed by many.

Grant was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Regina, Son James Cook, brothers Bill, David and Wayne, sisters Molly and Lynn. Surviving are his brother, Larry (Evelyn) Cook, Sister, Mary Sprague, also surviving are a number of step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren and special companion named Girl.

The family will receive friends at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Road on Saturday December 18, 2021 after 1:00 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 3:00 p.m.
