Greta Linnea Buck Greta Linnea Buck, 81 of Toledo, Ohio passed away January 7, 2014 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio after a brief Illness. Greta was born on July 10, 1933 in Bellefontaine, Ohio to Fred and Johanna (Gross) Seaberg. Mrs. Buck graduated Flower Hospital School of Nursing and attended Mary Manse College. Greta worked for numerous area hospitals here in Toledo and at the VA Hospital, Mercywood and Michigan retired from St Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Greta attended Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Toledo, Ohio. Both Greta and Donald enjoyed nature. So much so they purchased a getaway for the weekend's chalet home in northern Michigan. She enjoyed walks with her family and deer visiting from the woods. The Great Lakes were beautiful to view in all seasons. Summer was her favorite with sunshine and warmth. Besides being a great wife and mother to her family Greta liked to garden, cook occasionally, travel, listen to classical music. Her favorite music was to play Peter, Paul, and Mary. Both her and Don attended a Peter, Paul, and Mary concert which she thoroughly loved. Greta was preceded in death by her husband Donald Robert Buck in 2004, Aunt and Uncle Kay Gross-Nanny and Uncle Charlie Gross. Greta will be deeply missed.
