Douglas W Wright Douglas W Wright, 62 of Toledo, Ohio passed away surrounded by family on November 12, 2014. Douglas was born on February 7, 1952 in Norton, Virginia. Douglas was adopted by David and Rosie (Church) Wright. Doug served in the US Army Airborne and Ranger Units during the Vietnam War. Douglas was a graduate of Stautzenberger Collage and he was an avid Michigan Football fan. He also enjoyed playing hockey as a Goalie when he was younger but most of all he enjoyed good food, good people and good times. Douglas was preceded in death by his son, Daniel and parents, David and Rosie Wright. Surviving is his Significant other, Diane Wright, sons, Douglas W (Andera) Wright, Dustin M Wright, Daughter, Danae M Wright, grandchildren, Makayla, Kylie, Kaya, Korbin. The family will receive friends at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Rd Sunday November 16, 2014 2-8 P.M. and Where services will be held on Monday November 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with military honors to follow.
