Obituary for Dorothy Lee Gail Dorothy Lee (Spraggins) Gail, age 89, of Toledo, Ohio died on April 8, 2010. She was born January 16th, 1921 in Detroit, Michigan to Charles and Leila Spraggins of Tiffin, Ohio. Dorothy is survived by her husband of 66 years, Richard J. Gail; children, Leslie (Michael) Gail (Stephens) of Tampa, Florida, Christina Gail (Monnier) of Columbus, Ohio and Michael (Barbara) Gail of Toledo, Ohio; grandchildren, Jennifer (Stephens) St.John, Benjamin and Brittany Gail; great-grandchildren Peter and Maxwell St. John, Bryant Gail and dear cousin, Mary (Naylor) Doemel of Tiffin, Ohio. Dorothy volunteered at Planned Parenthood of Toledo and served on the Board of the Toledo YWCA. A private memorial service will be held for the immediate family.
