Cheryl Ann Tam 69 of Toledo, Ohio passed away Tuesday May 26, 2020 in her residence. Cheryl was born October 27, 1950 in Toledo, Ohio to John Thomas Welsh and Dorothy Alice (Huber) Welsh.



Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Mike Welsh. Surviving is her husband Nick Tam, her daughters, Jenny Lewis, Christy Pratt, Shelly Brooks, sister, Patrice Robie, brothers, Tom Welsh, Chuck Welsh, Bill Welsh, sister in law Carol Welsh, 11 grandchildren, Marissa (Devin) Overmeyer, Briana Brooks, Anthony Brooks, Haileana Thomas, Jenna Thomas, Kylie Sgro, Stevana Brooks, Joe Sgro, Aden Hammer, Gabe Rodriguez, Axton Hammer, 5 great grandchildren, Mason Zeh, Kael Overmeyer, Kaiden Overmeyer, Olivia Zeh, Emma Jimenez also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins that she loved dearly.



The family will receive friends and family at the Bersticker-Scott funeral home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd and Byrne Rd Saturday May 30, 2020 with strict social distancing from 2-5. Private services for the immediate family will take place following the showing at the funeral home. Burial will take place at later date.
